Recently, Khamurai, a talented blender artist and geometry nodes enthusiast, shared a technique for using procedural geometry nodes to achieve dripping water effects in Blender.

The key to this technique is the use of the Volume Cube node, which allows for a smooth transition between the proximities of multiple meshes. This node is available in Blender 3.3 and up, so be sure to update your software if you want to try out this technique. To see the technique in action, check out the video tutorial Khamurai shared.

Below you'll see the underlying structure that controls the final shape of the water and drops, giving you a better understanding of how to create these effects on your own.

Give Khamurai's procedural geometry nodes technique a try and create stunning water effects in your 3D animations. Don't forget to share your results with the community and inspire others to try out this technique as well!
